Characteristics

Comparing to the traditional four-rope grad, it has the following characteristics:

- the lower support beam is shorter, with well strength and light dead weight.

- bush material for main point is of bearing steel, that the service life can be prolonged 4~5times.

- overlaying welding technique used on the edge plate to improve impact force and abrasion resistance.

- multi-layer seal process on pulley to reach water-tight and dust proof, that can be used under water.

- clearance between edge plate is small (0.3~1mm), that the working area can be kept clean.

- the whole structure is difficult to deform.
