4.Triplex preheated

5.Double transport bridge
The main beam **0mm channel steel, independent variable frequency motor driven paper transport, adsorption tension. Electric correction.
6.Double glue machine
Coated roller diameter **9mm; engraved **-line pit type net pattern; independent variable frequency motor drive, PLC adjustment glue gap and man-machine interface; glue digital display.
7.Double facer machine
Drying department *2 heating plates, 4 pressure plate, pneumatic lifting pressure roller, using dense pressure roller.
8.Electric adjustment thin blade machine
Electric adjustment knife, electric bias, 5 knife *-wire type, blade made of tungsten alloy steel.
9.NC Cut off machine
Full AC servo control, energy storage brake, spiral knife structure, oil-immersed gear drive, *0.4 inch touch screen display.

Electrically adjust the cardboard size and pneumatically control the lateral output cardboard.
*1.Steam system
Including equipment pipeline valves, steam traps, meters and other steam components, customer-owned heat sources and pipelines.
*2.Glue making system
Pipeline customers bring their own. The glue making device consists of a carrier tank, a main tank, a storage tank, and a glue pump and a back pump.
