This section is separate the impurity like smaller stone, sand, grass seed, swarf from the raw corn .

The main machine: corn seeds elevator, High efficiency vibrating sieve , Gravity classification stoner, etc.

Different from the traditional process of milling corn, we adopt dry

method to process maize for making grits with different sizes and very

fine flour at the same time( also we can only get flour from this part). In

this part you can save moneyfor dry the animal feed.

We will allocate this part according to your need. Usually we place two

sets of emery roller dehuller and one set of iron roller peeler with polisher

to peel the corn and degerminate. After this, you can remove mostly of

the husks and germs from corn. Equipped with air blowers and cyclone

catchers, dust and husks with germs will be separated from the maize.
