DESCRIPTIONS:

The small-scale Seawater Desalination Equipment is applicable to ships and other fields with less water demand, with characteristics of small volume, light weight, easy installation and high adaptability, etc. The equipment is easy to operate and maintenance, and plug and play. The skids are made of stainless steel, and the equipment can be connected to a wide range of power sources like power grid, diesel enginee, renewable power sources.

Renewable power generation sets are available for off-grid installations, suitable for any locations without water and electricity but accessible to seawater and natural resources like solar and wind.

PROCESS FLOW:

Raw seawater→intake pump→media filter→security filter→high pressure pump→SWRO system→sterilization device (post-treatment system)→water supply

CONFIGURATION:

*-RO membrane: DOW, Hydranautics SW membrane or equivalent
*-Membrane housing: ROPV, WAVECYBER or equivalent
*-Water supply pump: CNP or equivalent
*-High pressure pump: DANFOSS, WOER or equivalent
*-Framework: stainless steel, anti-corrosive carbon steel
*-Pipeline: double-phase steel or stainless steel pipe and high pressure hose on the high pressure side and UPVC pipe on the low pressure side
*-Electrical components: Schneider or equivalent
