Oil making production line flowchart introduction:

Main flow chart is seeds remove sheller**-seed cleaning*- stones removal*- Magnetic selection*- crushing *-embryo rolling *-steam-cooking**- oil pressing **-crude oil filtering **-crude oil to refining workshop or oil extraction plants((different oil seeds the flow chart process is different)



The complete oil making system is for pretreatment pressing, oil extraction and oil refinery from various oil seeds such as rapeseed, high-oil sunflower seed, peanut kernel, soybean, etc.





After pretreatment and prepressing, you can get crude oil and cake. Then crude edi-ble oil go to refinery workshop, cake go to extraction plant (extracting oil by solvent), after this we will get crude oil. Then through refinery process, then you will get the high quality edible oil (grade 1, 2, 3, 4 depend on your requirement).

Service Police and Technical Support

Generally, we guarantee all equipments are completely new and unused, and under normal operation conditions the warranty period would be *2 months after installation or *8 months from the date of shipments whichever comes first.

Our equipment would be shipped in containers. Equipments too large for containerized shipment would be covered and protected from sea water damage.

We can send experienced and qualified engineers (electrical engineer and mechanical engineer) to the Buyer's site for supervision of equipment installation and commissioning. And after the plant had been successfully commissioned, our engineer will stay to train the buyer's plant personnel in process operations and equipment maintenance by buyer's request.
