1.The automatic pillow machine QL**1 is mainly used for fill pillow, cushion and sofa with conjugate hollow siliconized polyester fiber that shorter than **0mm.         

2.Material requirement: Hollow conjugate siliconized polyester fiber and siliconized micro (gel fiber) shorter than **0mm.

3.It is assembled with automatic bale opener, fiber opener and two operation table slots.

4.PLC control system that the whole line can be adjusted by only 1 operator.

5.Developed raw material feeding shaking hopper that the weight can be controlled with tolerance around *5g each.

6.Vwire rollers that the fiber can be opened perfectly and remains the original elastic; less maintenance and long life.

7.Frequency conversion blower ensures the finished production flat and even.

8.All rollers are finished balance process, so that the machine is running without noisy and shaking.

9.Different power condition and safe standard can be ordered according to the client’s local requirement.
