Equipment has a good balance of reliable, high efficiency, low fault rate, good performance, small vibration, low noise, energy saving, easy maintenance, long operation life and so on advantages. Can use single unit or multiple combination according to customer needs and cooling capacity.

Evaporator

The evaporator is external screw thread type enhanced copper tubes, The inner surface is smooth that make good cooling effect, the body tube of evaporator is *5MM PE insulation board, no condensation, less loss cooling capacity.

Shell & tube condenser

Use efficient thread copper pipe, the inner surface is smooth; Two ends are interchangeable for water pipe direction connection, multi loop pipe process, all sets of condenser and compressor capacity to cooperate with each other, straight through pipe is easy to clean and maintenance.

 Micro-computer control system

Company developed the intelligent PLC/PC computer control system, can be used as remote monitoring and control. The operation is simple, Low failure rate, high safety coefficient, simple installation.

Protection device

Compressor delay start protector, over-load protector, high and low voltage protector, temperature control switch, anti-freeze switch, fuse plug, electron time protection safety valve, compressor overheat protector, compressor frequently protector and unusual light, ensure the normal operation of the unit.

To follow the market requirement, Kare Screw chiller provide various refrigerant for customer selecting, like R*2 and some other environmental protection models, like R**4a, R**7C etc. The compressor capacity rate (V1=2.2/2.6/3.0/3.5)can be selected too, that can efficiently avoid energy consumption which caused by compressor excessive or deficient.
