The 0.***1.*3dtex×*8mm fine denier staple fibre: when weaving gauze with the same quantity of threads, it can increase the quantity of fibre in the gauze section, so that yarn strength and the uniformity of striations are increased. Therefore, the quality of finished gauze products will be improved. Compared with common fibre, fine denier staple has larger surface and filling density. There will be micro air space among the fibre after the gauze is produced, then distinct capillary effect will be realized. Therefore, fine denier staple fibre has excellent moisture absorption, free breathing and impressive warming capability; meanwhile, it is not easily blended, so that the textile fabric will have soft and full handle, a compact structure, uniform color and good overhanging function. When spinning middle or high yarns, it can be purely spun or mixed with other materials to produce a variety of cloth of hosiery or woven fabrics, top grade sewing thread, bonded fiber cloth and artificial chammy.
