2.Workmanship

Fitted sheets	Fitted Sheets with around elastic bend for better fit and stability.All of the corners are reinforced with a French seam for longer durability.
Flat sheets	10cm hem with Z fold on the top
Pillow cases	Pocket style, 10cm hem with Z fold on both openings
Pillow shams	5cm flange, opening on the back with zipper closure
Quilt cover	Secure your quilt with several ties running along the bottom edge
Remarks	We usually add some % of extra fabric to allow for the shrinkage

Step 7	Softening	Make the fabric feeling softer with sheen

Step 8	stentering	Make the size stable and decrease the deformation when used.

Step 9	Preshrunk	Decrease the shrinkage rate when used.
Step 10	Prewashed	Soften the fibres to give you bedding that has a beautiful delicate texture and elegant drape as its worn on your bed.

Step 11	Inspection	Prevent defective goods shipped to customers.
