Brief Introduction of â€‹Electric/Hand Chain Fall Hoist
1.Motor
- It is featured with **-min work rating and class F insulation. 
2.Forging steel structure
- It is up to the Japanese Industrial Standard BB ********7 IV and V class.
3.Double brake system -Electromagnetic brake and mechanical brake
- Electromagnetic brake system,which is a new braking system,use the non-asbestos brake linings to extend maintenance interval greatly. It is tested more than *2,**0 times without adjustments.
Advantage:Two sets of complete and mutually independent brake system not only increase the security, but also help to heat dissipation.
4.Chain wheel
- It is made up of alloy steel and dealt with heat treatment. It has passed *9,**0 times wear test.
5.Chain
- The surface of chain is dealt with case carburization. It contains Si Ni Mo. The inside material is softened.
 Advantage: It is resistant to corrosion and it stands wear and tear when used in the rain water,sea water,the chemical and other bad conditions.
6.Screw gear
- It is made up of alloy steel and dealt with heat treatment. 
Advantage: It can reduce the impact of gear occlusion and extend its life.
7.Gear box
- MODE electric chain hoist applies Oil-bath lubrication type gearbox to it.
- Advantage: The oil bath lubricates the gears continuously and also acts as a coolant for the mechanical brake.
8.Overload limit protector
- It can protect itself from overload and low-load.
9.Anti-phase protection relay
- When power wire is misconnected, the anti-phase protection relay can protect machine from damage.
