Giving up contract manufacturing and starting its own production it established first pant production band at the same year. Modesan added jacket production bands to its manufacturing processes in ***9. With its current capacity Modesan manufactures its products with state of the art machines in its factory on a closed area of *3, **0 m2 and serves both domestic and international customers. As a producer our purpose is to present high quality products to our customers at the best price. Our deadline, time for first delivery is three weeks from the beginning of manufacturing. Design house; Our designs are made by our designer team and the computer-based design program Assyst. In our designs, we take into consideration the necessity to meet the fashion of the moment and the demands of our customers. Cloth-cutting house; Fabrics are controlled by automatic fabric control machine. Afterwards they pass through heat control. Cutting procedure starts after cloth spreading. Following this fabric preparation and assembling, they are sent to manufacture line ready for sewing.
