Ozgenc , manufacturer of medical textile and furniture, was established in Ankara in ***6. Since then the company has been successfully covering the most of the Turkish medical market. Ozgenc has **0 production personnel , *0 sales and marketing, *0 administrative personnel in its main office located in the Ankara Industrial Zone. The factory is holding 7.**0 square meter closed area. The yearly revenue figure of Ozgenc is *5 Million Dollars. In the main Ankara Office; 7 customer representatives , *2 area sales representatives, 2 sales & marketing manager, in the Istanbul branch Office; 1 area manager, 2 customer representatives and 6 area sales representatives are employed by Ozgenc Textile and Furniture. As a sales procedure ; customer representatives contact with the existing and prospective customers on the phone to find out the demands on our products. Afterwards the area sales representatives contact face to face with these customers who are in the need of our products and conclude the sales agreement. All customer and area sales representatives are responsible for supplying the orders without any delay and fault to be able to keep the all customers satisfied with the provided service. The after-sale service is provided by Ozgenc for the industrial products. In Turkey purchasing is realised in three methods: Direct purchases : Within their budgets most of the Government enterprises meet their urgent needs for medical textile and furniture products with this method. These enterprises receive offers from different companies as many as possible and choose the most convenient offer among them. Ozgenc is one of the companies which prepare offers to the government enterprises. DMO (Government Supply Office) : DMO is a branch Office of the Turkish Government which is responsible for purchasing the products needed by all government enterprises .After supplying the products through tenders , the Office distributes the goods to these government enterprises. Ozgenc is one of the bidding companies in these tenders. Ozgenc has been exporting its products mainly to Middle East and Arabic Countries fort he last six years and Ozgnec‚¬„s target is to expand its markets to Europe, U.S.A and Latin American countries.
