Hillbrokes Investment Group is a Tanzanian company focusing on mineral exploration for gold, copper and coal deposits. MINING RIGHTS INVESTMENT SERVICES Mining sites and Licenses acquisition- Licenses that includes PLs, PMLs, MLs and MPLs for different minerals potentials. Categories: 1.Mining rights owned by our company and partners. The company invites interested investors to our mining rights for JV or buyout in the field of Exploration and Mining Development. Licenses are attached in appendix 1 of this document. 2.Mining rights on investor demand. This is a special mining right acquisition done by our company for investors with specific interests in Tanzania. The company will negotiate and acquire the license for the on behalf of the investor. Upon verification of the buyer interests and confirmation of the mining rights on demand, the company will do the necessary lobby to be required to bring the license on the table. Investment procedure: 1.Investor write a Letter of Intent (LOI) describing specific minerals rights from Tanzania he/ she would like to explore, nature of the operation whether JV/ Buy out 2.Hill Brokes will confirm the LOI and prepare the Mineral rights as per requested by the Investor 3.The investor and Hill Brokes will execute the MOU for the governing the Investment and the operation begins.
