HDS is a privately held company, vertically integrated Contract Manufacturer of metal stamping, machining, secondary operations, powder painting and assemblies serving the automotive, appliance, telecommunication and aerospace market segments. Located in London, KY, we offer our customers the ability to service their facilities globally. Core competencies include metal stamping, powder coat painting, robotic welding (both resistance and MIG), drilling, tapping, staking, electro-mechanical assembly, machining services and warehouse / distribution. Our plant is approximately *3, **0 square feet with an additional **0, **0 square feet of warehouse space with an additional *0, **0 square feet of assembly area. Our presses range in size from *0 to **0 tons. We run progressive dies with automatic feeding as well as a variety of presses used for hand transfer work. We are TS ****9/***9 certified and are committed to maintaining compliance within that framework.
