RFQ Details

I am working on a project that will take 1000 50W xenon flash tubes per unit. I am evaluating xenon flash tubes for the product design and manufacturing. We are up to the testing stage and are in need of several xenonflash tubes for testing.

We are hoping to get at least 10 samples from each manufacturer so we can test them before we go to production of our first rev of product.

We will be processing, once we go into manufacturing, an estimated 1000 units per year to start.

This will require at least ***0 Flash bulbs with in the years manufacturing schedule.

We are trying to find a manufacturer that can deliver every month at least a min of
85K tubes per month with a max lead time of 45 days with a net 30 billing cycle.

The tube we are looking for is 4-6 mm in outside diameter, and 2-3 mm in inside diameter. The voltage rating does not matter but we need it to with stand at least 5000 cycles before it failes
