RFQ Details

To Whom It May Concern

Dear Sir/Madam
To: End Seller / Mandate

Direct Buyer mandate we would like to purchase Slighly BG or Seasoned BG.
BG must be newly issue under Buyer name as a beneficiary for 1 year and 1 day.
Buyer bank can locate BG on interbank euroclear screen or interbank fedclear screen.

Eroclear Slighly BG Face Value or Seasoned BG at Face Value.
Fedclear Slighly BG at Face Value or Seasoned BG at Face Value.
Or better offer for the instrument requested.

BANK INSTRUMENT DESCRIPTION
Type: Slighly BG / Seasoned BG - CASH BACKED- Format ICC 458/500.
Term: One year and one day.
Face Value: USD milions to Billion / Euro millions to Billion.
Age: Slight Season Newly Issue / Seasoned BG Newly Issue.
Bank: HSBC, SCB or Top 25 western European bank with a S & P rating
of AA or better.

OPERATING PROCEDURES:
1. Seller issues FCO (full corporate offer) to Buyer.
2. Buyer issues LOI (Letter Of Intent) or ICPO (Irrevoable Confirm Purchase Order) with giving permission to the Seller to conduct a soft probe on our bank account.
3. Seller send Draft Contract to Buyer.
4. Buyer signs, seals, and returns the Contract to Seller for signature.
5. After verification of above by the Buyer, the Seller issues 6 (six) Hard Copy
Originals
and sends to the Buyer via DHL.
6. Buyer signs Hard Copies and returns 3 (three) Copies to the Seller via DHL.
7. Buyer bank will issue MT 103/23 within 5 international banking days upon receipt
Pre-advise of MT 799 from seller bank.

In case you supply please quote us your best offer kindly provide us with the necessary procedures and documentations for our subsequent actions.
