BLAST MACHINES:
High- performance versatile cleaning system removes contamination, corrosion, mill scale, and coatings from most surfaces, produces a uniform surface texture and creates a surface profile to increase bonding for coatings.

6 cubic feet of abrasive providing 30 minutes of blasting, at 100 psi with a no.6 (3/8-inch) nozzle. The blast machines are designed for easse in abrasive loading.

The sandblast machines are powered by compressed air. When the tank is filled with sand, open the air-in valve, the sand tank will close automatically. Then the compressed air will fill the tank and reach the rated working pressure. When the remote control switch is pressed by technicians, the sand valve and air valve will open at the same time, the sand is blast to target through the hose and the sand nozzle.
