RFQ Details

1. Application: to eliminate bubbles and conditioning of clay or ceramic slip for pressure casting under vacuum and agitated condition.
2. Consist of a propeller agitator mounted in the centre of the tank with structural steel legs to give floor clearance of 50 to 80cm.
3. Equipment used to keep slurry under vacuum during casting with pressure of up to 2 kg/cm2
4. Tank must be of air tight construction and with dimension shall be about 600mm diameter and 800mm in height.
5. Maximum speed of the propeller = 25 rpm.
6. Motor shall be able to work both continuously and intermittently at condition of slip density of 1.8 g/cc.
