RFQ Details

Hello,

We are having over 1 trillion euros of Prospective buyers for fresh cut BG from Asia region.

We are looking for a relaible provider of FC BG, who can able to offer and reserve good allocations for our individual based buyers in Euros and in USD.

Any AA plus rated bank issed FC BG will be acceptable by all our buyers.

2 percent Commission will be equally split between both sides.

Long chain of agents from seller side will not be accepted by our buyers.

Our all buyers agreed transaction procedures are as follows:

1. Seller sends the Compliance package to buyer and Buyer sends back the filled and signed Compliance package with all the necessary documents to the Seller.

2. Seller countersigns the Compliance package and returns it to Buyer with all necessary documents. Both parties shall lodge the executed contract with their respective banks within one (1) International banking day.

3. After both sides sign the contract, within One (1) banking day, Seller bank will send MT799 pre-advice to buyer designated bank to verify Buyers capability to receive the said BG, Buyers bank reply with Swift MT103/23 of first tranche of 500 million euros/ dollars to Sellers Bank within one (1) International banking day.

4. within Two (2) banking days upon receipt and successful verification of Swift MT-103/23, Sellers bank will deliver the BG via Swift MT-760 to Buyers same designated bank.

5. Within one (2) banking day upon receipt and successful bank to bank verification of BG, buyers Bank will release the payment to Sellers Bank and to Intermediaries via MT-103, as per the fees protection agreement

6. Within Seven (7) upon receiving the payment, Seller will send the BG hard copy to buyers Bank via bonded courier.

7. Same process will be repeated for all the subsequent tranches, as per the tranches schedule.
