We need to find a manufacturer for an element for our stainless steel jewelry line. I am attaching 3D files for your reference. There are some important things about our request: 1. The item we are interested in consists of a cube frame and 6 square plates that need to be able to fit into it at the same time. They have to be able to be put in and taken out easily so the sizing is very important.The 3D drawings that I am sending you were made for a manufacturing process where the elements were hand-polished and some extra thickness was left in the design so as to account for loss of material during polishing. Depending on your manufacturing process, this may need to change so that 6 squares fit into the cube and are of the right size so they are not too loose and do not hang out when the cube is put on a chain. Your engineers may need to adjust the size of the elements while keeping the external size of the cube at 11 mm. 2. The surfaces- both external and internal need to be mirror-like and highly polished, with no ridges, lines, or defects. Edges of the cube and the square plates need to be sharp and perfect. 3. The steel used needs to be nickel-free, and suitable for jewelry and medical use. 4. There needs to be logo engraving/etching on the cube that we have as a 2D drawing. 5. There needs to be an engraving on both sides of the square plates-on one side there needs to be an engraving of a circular DNA that I we will provide as a file and on the other side a serial number: 001, 002,003,004,005 and 006 respectively for each square in the set. Our own font needs to be used for that and I am going to send it to you if we get to an agreement. 6. We would like a quotation for 500 and 1000 sets of one cube with 6 square plates. We also want to order some additional squares, without the cube engraved with a serial number and the element of the logo. Can you give us a quote for additional1000 squares, please?
