Hello, I would like to inquire about the logistics of purchasing some steel star pickets.

Would you please answer the following questions I have and provide any other relevant information or areas of relevance I should be investigating prior to placing an order with you.

What is the turn around time from date of order?

How do I place an order?

How much is one minimum delivery unit and how many individual units are in it?

Where do I collect it from?

Can it be delivered to me here in N.I.?

What importing tax/charges do I pay or do you pay them?

Do I have to register to do this as I can not source this product locally?

Can you supply me the initial order of one pallet on invoice?

What are the terms of payment to you and how do I pay you and what payment type?

What quality assurance precautions do you take?

Is the product guaranteed to be delivered and if it arrives and is not ok what do you and I do?

Are there any waiting periods re importing with steel standards I need to investigate?

How is it stored/packed etc?

Can you provide pics etc or link to a site that will show me the product please?

I understand there are a lot of questions I have however I need this to go ahead now and any help you can give I would appreciate.
