Required MoSi2 Heating Element

RFQ Details

We require MoSi2 heating element for our new furnace operating temperature 1600 centigrade. The loading area will be 22 x 22 x 24 inch height box type furnace with heating cycle room temp to 1600 in 12 hours and cooling time may be 24 hours. Pl. suggest best size of element, no. of element and rough design of the furnace with configuration with power supply system i.e.proportional ration of voltage to amp should we offer to element by SCR system. Also pl. quate for the element may need 50 % more as safty reason. Awaiting to hear you at earliest .
