Buyer Information

RFQ Details

We are a leading energy company in China, we'd like to buy Russian Mazut M100 Gost 10585-75, Monthy Quantity: 200, 000 tons. Payment: DLC +TT

1)Buyer issues ICPO.
2)Seller/Supplier issues FCO and Supplier/Buyer provides Draft Contract.
3)eller and Buyer exchange the signed and notarized contract via electronic mail, which shall be deemed legally binding and enforceable. The contracts are registered in Seller's and Buyer's banks within 2 banking days after their signing.
4) Buyer shall issue MT705 (Pre-advise of L/C) for the first trial shipment of 50, 000.00 mertic tons of M100 Gost 10585-75to Seller's bank.
5)Seller's bank shall issue irrevocable, operative 2%PB (Performance Bond) and partial POP to Buyer's bank within 5 banking days after the issuance of MT705.
6)Seller and Buyer exchange the signed and notarized contract via electronic mail, which shall be deemed legally binding and enforceable. The contracts are registered in Seller's and Buyer's banks within 2 banking days after their signing.
Buyer shall issue MT705 (Pre-advise of L/C) for the first trial shipment of 50, 000.00 mertic tons of M100 Gost 10585-75to Seller's bank.
Seller's bank shall issue irrevocable, operative 2%PB (Performance Bond) and partial POP to Buyer's bank within 5 banking days after the issuance of MT705.
Buyer should issue the irrevocable MT700 to Seller's bank within 5 banking days after the receipt of 2% PB and partial POP.
7)Within 25 banking days after received the Buyer's L/C, the Supplier/Seller issue FULL POP DOCUMENTS to Buyer's Bank via SWIFT.
8)Shipment delivery shall commence within 25 days according to the agreed contract.
9)Above procedures are for the first trial shipment of 50, 000.00 metric tons of M100, for the following shipments, banking instrument shall be SBLC instead of MT700. Allowing payment within 15 days after the SGS/CIQ re-inspection at the discharging port in China.
