RFQ Details

I am connected to buyers reps that have buyers for the JP54, D2 and Mazut. They are major buyers and are looking for major procedures. They will issue Pay Order, once signed off by the seller, will issue Purchase Order and will expect a Commercial Invoice immediately after Purchase Order is signed off on. Looking for at least partial POP prior to POF. They are willing to issue ICPO's once an SCO is received from the seller.

JP54 looking for Platts -12/10 but will look at -10/8 and D2 Platts -25/20 but will look at -20/15. Willing to do spots or contract. I have access to many major companies. Please e-mail offers to *****
