DURATION : 12 consecutive month supply contract after 2 trials.
6. INSPECTION : By SGS or equivalent Survey Company
7. DELIVERY : C.I.F. Novorossiysk, Russia *See transport requirements below
8. PAYMENT : Letter of Credit

10. VALIDITY : 5 days from the above date.

*Transport Requirements:

The RDB Palm Oil must be transported in flexitanks in 20 ft container FCL, loading 21MT. The flexitanks must be fitted with heating pads on the back, lower sides and with standard bottom heating pads to enable the RBD Palm Oil to be unloaded in temperatures of up to -10ºC. The heating pads must heat the product to in excess of 40ºC. There is a photograph attached to demonstrate the required heating pad systems.
