"Currently I'm looking for my client: Bottle opener

In the attachment you can find the picture of the opener - Im looking for exactly the same! Please check it carefully.
The opener will have LOGO printed on it - you can find the LOGO on the visualisation. The pantone colors for LOGO are:
Dark blue - 287 pantone
Red - 485 pantone
Light blue - pantone process blue
Grey - 422 pantone
Each opener will be packed in special poly bag with printing - please check the attachment - you can find there the visualisation of the poly bag.
In the attachment you can find the pictures of the bottle opener and the packing - it is very similar to lanyard.
The quantity I need is 400 000 pcs - the price can not be higher than 0, 13 USD
PLease send me your offer regardsing:

- sample lead time
- production lead time for 400 000 pcs
- packing details such as: Each product in polybag with a name card on top, bulk carton size, pcs in carton, GW of the carton
