We need a mini air compressor for a medical device application. Here are our specs. We are looking for something really inexpensive.

1. Open flow: 1.3 CFM
2. Sound level: Quiet - around 35 - 45 dB
3. Flow at max duty pressure: 0.4 CFM
4. Max duty pressure: approximately 25 psi
5. Size: approximately 8 x 4 x 5.5 inches
6. Motor voltage: 24 VDC
7. Operating life: at least 5 years of intermittent service (
In general, our instruments are used during an 8 hour day, 5 days per week.
8. Air motor torque speed: 3200 rpm (max)
9. Approximate production start date: January 09 (?)
10. Annual purchase quantity: 20 - 40 units per year, after initial year
