Looking for silicon cargo cuting core

Dear Sir/Madam,


It is TransElectro from Denmark . Now we are looking for cut cores as enclosed drawing urgently.



Following is the more information about the two cut cores that we need. If you porducue them, please make sure that your product have good quality under the requirments as follows. We do hope you can be effective to come back with price and samples.


The qty. Yearly is: 25.000 of the small type 55.000 of the big type.



Please take care of that we do all there is possible to avoid air gab after cutting -- take away so little material as possibly:

1. Surfaces aren’t dirty

2. Surfaces aren’t rough and scratched under the cutting Process

3. The cores aren’t cut so they are curving.

4. Cores aren’t opening up between the layers of iron band when you cut.

5. That you doesn’t make the cores curved on the surfaces after you have sanded it after cutting? Please cut so sanding is not needed.

6. The surface of the cut core must be fine and flat, so we avoid air gab.

7. The coating mustn’t brake under cutting process.

8. The cores must be kept together in pairs so they fit together (do never mix the parts after cutting off the top of the core)

9 the supplier has to see to that the surface of the core and the cut is not corroding - meaning the cooling fluid has to fit for the purpose of this particular job.l



Please noted: we need you to do the cut as thin and as clean as possibly. the wide of the cut should be 0.5 or less - perhaps 0.18 mm (instead of the 1.5mm of my attached drawing). And the cut must not be polished or damaged in any way. It has to be a perfect clean cut the first time.
