Dear Investors,

We are an investment advisory company based in Nairobi with interests in sectors such as real estate, private equity and fixed financial assets.

We currently have a number of high end real estate projects backed by a reputable investment company, international bank and creditor that require capital to the tune of $10 million.

The feasibility study documents, financial projections and executive summaries are available for your perusal. However, please keep in mind that these are confidential and will only be shared once we sign the relevant documents.

Investors will receive a return of 10% per year for a period of 3 years. Interest payments will be made annually.
