HAPPY NEW YEAR
We would like to purchase some corrugating machines and bellow forming machines to augment our capacity.
We would like to have machines that can manufacture hoses from ¼ inch Id to 12 inch hose.
The types that we are looking at are
¼ inch, 5/16 inch, 3/8 inch and ½ inch mechanical machines or hydraulic if available.
½ inch , 5/8 inch , 3/4 inch, 1 inch, 1.25 inches, 1.5 inches and 2 inches. Hydraulic forming corrugators both one corrugation at a time as well as multiple corrugations at a time
2 inch to 14 inch , Hydraulic forming corrugators both one corrugation at a time as well as multiple corrugations at a time.
The grade of materials that would be used are SS 304, SS321 and SS316.
The thicknesses would be from 0.15 mm to 0.75 mm.1/4 inch to 12 Inch.
We would like to have the price delivery and speed for the three types of machines as detailed above. If you do have other suggestions kindly let us know look forward to hearing from you.

Bellows
We are looking for a machine that can manufacture bellows from ¾ inch to 4 inches.kindly let us know what you can offer us.
