Dear Provider,

Good day. I am looking to LEASE many billions of USD / Euro worth of BG's and SBLC's.

I require any real Provider / Leasor, to be able to supply a Pre-Advise MT799 to our Bank/s (ICBC, HSBC Hong Kong and others). No upfront fees, no matter what you call them. Real Provider's who actually have access to Instruments never ask for this!!

We will then respond with a Payment Gaurantee (as per the agreed format between us) for the Lease fees + Commissions, in the event of an agent being involved.
