handbag - made of dacron/nylon, with rope handles

I am interested in having you manufacture a handbag (we can send you a photo by email), which is made of sailcloth, is double thickness, and has "channels" for the rope handles that run underneath the bag (so that both ends of the rope need to be then woven together.) The design on the side might be a number or a star, or even a letter. It would be made in three sizes - 9" high by 12"wide, or 14" by 14" , or 14" high by 18" wide. Is this something that you can do?
