could you please price me on the following:


My name is George and I am the CEO of a large Australian Gutter Guard Company. The gutter guard we use is made of polyethylene and is used to keep leaves and birds out roof guttering and roofs. We are currently looking for a metal equivalent of this mesh to combat fires. The mesh must be Aluminium Expanded Mesh with an Epoxy Coating, powder coating or pvc to Colour.
I am wanting a price on aluminium woven mesh with wire strand to be 0.6mm and opening of 2.50mm.

The width of the mesh will need to be in the following widths and have the long edges finished to prevent cutting hands:

1. 1000mm
2. 500mm
3. 250mm


The rolls of mesh should be 10m and 30m in length and the expanded mesh wire should be approximately 0.6mm in diameter. Short way of hole to be 3.5mm and long way of hole to be 4.0mm

If you believe that you can produce both products like the above mentioned please reply to this email immediately. And please supply pricing for all the different widths.

We would also like to know if it is possible to epoxy coat,powder coat or pvc the mesh for colour matching with BlueScope Steel Colorbond Colours.

The nearest port destination will be Melmourne. We will require a small sample to see if product is within our specifications. Once approval is gained, an ongoing contract will bearranged. The contract term will be indefinate.
