I'm an innovative startup administrator; we obtained an industrial patent and created a prototype of a food machine; below is the link to the description page It is called POPPASTELLA and it is a fryer implementing the whole cycle for the production of Italian "zeppola di pasta crescita" (flour, water and yeast dough), intended for pizzerias and street food. It has a productivity of 100 g/min, requires 5.l of oil at full capacity and consumes approximately 1 kWh. Presented and awarded at the Rome 2023 maker faire, he exhibited the project at the beer&food attraction in Rimini. It is an excellent quality product, which can represent a point of exclusivity for those who want to captivate customers with something new.
