H For our project coating unit ,We need below items for 3L HDPE coating plant 1. Adhesive Extruder, (3LPE/PP process), capacity max. ~ 200 kg/hr for HD based adhesive, consisting of: 1 Specially designed screw (nitrided steel) 1 Screw barrel, with air coolers and heating elements 1 Water cooled intake bush 1 High capacity gear box for high axial thrust loads 1 AC-drive motor with control module 1 Magnetic separator underneath hopper 1 Extruder frame with possibility of side and longitudinal adjustment 1 Set of cables to extruder cabinet 1 Manually operated hydraulic screen changer 1 Adhesive flat film extrusion die 400 mm 1 Die support frame 2. top coat extruder, (3LPE/PP & PP foam process), output max. 1,500 kg/hr for polyethylene & max. 1,400 kg/hr for PP / PP-foam, consisting of; 1 Extruder frame with possibility of longitudinal adjustment 1 Direct mount gearbox with helical gears and axial thrust bearing 1 AC-drive motor with control module
