RFQ Details

Hi, I am looking to source specifically for a type of tape used in the manufacture of airconditioning ducts. It consists of the following raw materials:

1. 7 micron Aluminum Film
2. 12 micron Polyester Film
3. 15 micron metalised polyester film
4. Water based flame retardant adhesive with coat weight of 14 grams.
5. Total Thickness: 66 microns including glue coverage (glue is approximately 20 microns of total thickness of tape)
6. Tape length: 1900 - 2200 lineal meters per roll
7. Tape Widths required: (a) 66mm and (b) 102mm
8. Temperature range: -3-c / + 150c
9. Air Velocity: 30m/s (Max)
10. Operating Pressure: 3000 Pa (Max)
Fire Resistance: Flame Retardant.
