RFQ Details

Our company is looking for palletizer and/or dry powder filling machine. We need them for re-equipment of our factory which manufactures dry building powders.

Palletizer

Fully automatic with pallet packing. We need it to put sacks with powder on the pallet from production line and than wrap them so they will be fixed.
Production capacity: 20 tons/hour
For paper sacks with dry powders.
Loading type: horizontal
Approximate size of sacks will be 35*47*11 cm, but it can vary.
Sack weight: 20 - 25 kg (also can vary)
Number of layers on the pallet: 7 (for 25 kg sacks)
Number of sacks per layer: 6 (for 25 kg sacks)

Powder filling machine

Fully automatic.
Production capacity: 20 tons/hour
We need it to fill 20-25 kg valve paper sacks with our dry building powders.
Approximate size of sacks will be 35*47*11 cm, but it can vary.

We need those machines for packing such powders like: filler, plaster,
adhesive for tile, etc.

Those machines should have possibility to work 3 shifts per day.
