Additional Description Looking D2 spot deal in Houston for a minimum of 500, 000MT metric tons of Russian Low Sulfur D2 Oil.

WE ARE DIRECT BUYERS MANDATE THAT NEED TANK RECIPT (partial POP) AFTER MT799

IF YOU APPROVE THIS PROCEDURE WE HAVE A DEAL :

Within 24 hours Buyer issues ICPO WITH BANKING INFO
The ICPO should include the principles of the agreement and the procedures as detailed below.
BUYER AND SELLER SIGN CONTRACT
BUYER SEND MT799 TO SELLER BANK OF POF
Seller will submit TO Buyer POP (Tank, receipt).
Upon receiving and verifying the POP up to 48 hrs to check.
PEYMAENT MT103/23
Title and transfer will then be assigned to Buyer, being simultaneously consummated with full payment being issued to Seller as priced herein.

If the spot deal is successfull, we will follow up with a long term contract.
