RFQ Details

I am looking for someone that can make some vacuum formed plastic shipping trays for me. I need 30,000 pieces.

It would be 7.5" wide, 4" tall and 3/8" deep. It has a inset to hold a flash disk and a 4" x 2.75" inset to hold a printed card.

We are going to print a paper sleeve to slide over it. I would like to use a little thicker plastic for the vacuum formed carrier because that, with the paper sleeve, will be the mailing container. I don't want them to get crushed in the mail.
