Custom sports watch

RFQ Details

I am interested in producing a sports watch with the following characteristics:
a) Waterproof/Submersible, for use in a swimming pool
b) Low profile
c) Oversized face that looks similar to most of the pace clocks in the attachment (white background with black and red markings)
d) Two hands: A black minute hand and a red second hand, with the following movement:
> 1st preference: Sweeping/Gliding second hand and a ticking minute hand (one tick per minute)
> 2nd preference: Both hands sweep/glide
> 3rd preference: Both hands tick (red: one tick per second / black: one tick per minute)
e) No time of day
f) A single push button on the side, preferably on the upper right (1-2 o'clock position) that resets both hands to 60
g) Possibly an "on/off" button or switch -- Could be the same button as above, but acts as a power button when you hold it for 3-5 seconds.
h) "Sporty" flexible (rubber?) watch band in both adult and children sizes
i) Mid-grade quality
j) It would be a bonus if it came in some kind of packaging (not bulk/loose)
