RFQ Details

Looking for a quality set of maybe European or Japanese knoves. This would be in a block and would contain around 10 knives with a matching cutting board and knife sharpener. The blades must be tempered and hardened steel blades with v ground edges that maintain their shape and sharpness. They must be well balanced with riveted handles and a durable full-tang blade. It would be good if the set included kitchen shears.
