3. Silicon-scrap material from Solar or IC industry
We are continuously purchasing large quantity silicon scraps that may have fallen out of your process, such as: Top & Tail, Pot Scrap, Broken Wafers and etc.
Specification required
P type or N type
Resistivity > 0.5 ohm-cm ,
Bare ,coated or patterned , qurartz removed or not.
