We also need some silicon resource and its scraps such as top or tails of silicon ingot, broken silicon wafer etc. we buy all of these silicon resource and request quantity is very large and longterm stock:
1) single crystal silicon ingot, and its scraps, top or tails; Solar Grade Polysilicon ingot, and wafer and its scraps.

2) IC grade single crystalline silicon ingot, its scraps, top or tails, or silicon wafer, etc. either P-type or N-type, and the higher resistivity, the better.

3) various broken wafers.
