I'm currently not looking non branded handbags, do you also make non branded mass market PU fashion handbags? How our business work, is that we take the high street fashion handbags (buys samples in London) and then we send the bag to your factory to make counter sample by change the bag, and removing all the things that make the bag expensive. We normally work with PU fabric that's RMB18/yard and minimum hard wear to get into cost.
Please not that economy is tough at the moment and the SA consumer are not accepting any price increased and for us to stay in the business we need to work very hard on materials to get the cheapest but most authentic looking on the market. Or target cost on PU fashion bags at the moment is USD$5.00, unfortunately if we go higher, we don't get the orders. Do you have any bags you can show me that's in this price range. The units we place can range form 200u to 10 000u.
Please advice what you MOQ is.
How big is your company and what amount of bags can you produce a month?
Please advice what your manufacturing lead time is?
