RFQ Details

generally:

= we will look for partner, able to provide us extruders over 1000kg /hour capacity , minimum output of wood=plastic composites- at least 700 kg/h of ready-made profiles

= no wather cooling tank system accepted / cooling shall be provided within callibrating dies/

=profiles dimentions will be over 800X150 mm, hollow channels , wall thickness 4-6 mm

=twin screw / possible conical/ extruders-

= experience in dies manufacturing

=experience in organic fibers-platic composite extrusion

Number of extruders: contract for 14 extruders within one year.

Agreemet of collaboration will be signed from our side as soon as detailed conditions and abilities of candidate partners will be looked trough.

More detailed conditions of the machines will follow , by keeping in mind abilities of candidate machinery suppliers, to be negotiated.

Besides extruders, we are looking for WPC multi-mould compression molding machine / one or two/ at urgent base.

Note: The project will be implimented in steps, by starting with first extruder , then installing up to 14. Possible 2 locations / 2 plants/. On-line compounding lines.
Note2: Agreement about supplies can be signed - by including quarrantee of obligations by supplyer side to provide extruded profile according our drawings, by capacity / output/ no less than 700 kg/h before extruders supply. Such a fact will endorse the contract.
Note 3: We will keep opend mind to look trough any technical solutions.
Noter 4: By request, necessary funds can be presented, issued by letter of bank
