To whom it may concern, I am writing to Buy about your Rice Husk Ash(RHA) product. Im Yang and responsible for new business development at nepes Ark Corporation, Republic of Korea. Im interested in your RHA product, and it would be appreciated if you could let me know available information below: 1. Production Specification Our target specification of RHA is following; Moisture <= 5% Carbon < 10% SiO2 Amorphous >= 80% SiO2 Crystalline <= 25%, Quartz < 1% Breathable crystalline Silica (<= 5 micron) < 0.5% Particle size d50 < 500?m d90 < 1,000?m Density Indicative: > 0.2 I would like to kindly ask you to check that your RHA product meets criteria above. 2. Sample As a company that values reliability and customer satisfaction, it is essential for us to ensure that the products we offer meet our clients' expectations. To do so, I would respectfully ask if you would provide a sample (amount of 1kg) to objectively evaluate quality competitiveness of RHA product by acrediated laboratory. It would also be appreciated if you provide terms and condition for this sample request, such as sample price and avaliable quantity, and so on. 3. Trade I also would like to check your terms and conditions in bulk import of your RHA products. - Minimum Order Quantity (Monthly Base) - FOB/CIF Price upon order quantity (CIF price would be based on CIF Incheon or Gunsan) - Supply/Product availability (Monthly Base) - Delivery Time - Port of shipment - Available form of ash (ex> Raw, Powder, Granule, Pellet, etc.) Please be advised that expected order quantity is at least 30,000ton per year. To discuss all issues above, I would like to visit your office if it is possible so it would be greatly appreciated if you provide me possible schedule during this July.
