RFQ Details

We are in direct contact with a Buyer Mandate, who represents several buyers seeking EN590, Jet Fuel A1, and D6. The buyers have specific requirements in addition to standard conditions (one-year contract after trial, FOB Rotterdam or Houston, MT103 payment, and SGS inspection): 1. Product origin. 2. Commissions. 3. Product pricing. 4. Logistics details (note below from one of the Buyers). 5. No advance payment. 6. Payment after injection. 7. Willingness to provide a POF letter and all required company details, but no bank guarantee. Please clarify your role (Seller Mandate, Broker, or Reseller). If you are a Broker, confirm whether you communicate directly with the Seller Mandate. We need the complete procedure for analysis and evaluation. We will respond within 24 hours, considering the time zones of the USA, Europe, and Asia. **Logistics Note:** Operating in Rotterdam, where prominent Triple A tank farms such as Royal Vopak, Koole, Rubis, Evos, and VTTI no longer issue TSA and sublease tank farm contracts have been prohibited since 2023, our procedures comply with these regulations. We cannot provide a TSA but will issue a valid TSR with Hub and Tallon numbers upon successful product verification. Our primary collaboration is with Royal Vopak. After submitting our ICPO and receiving the CI, we require the Injection Report, Seller's TSR, ATSC, and UDTA. We will conduct a Dip Test at our expense (approximately 50,000 EUR) to verify the product, demonstrating our sincere interest. Following the Dip Test, we can proceed with either a fresh SGS from the seller or a tank takeover, committing to immediate payment within 24 hours. A TSR with the Triple A tank farm requires proof of existing product, necessitating the Dip Test. After a successful trial, we are open to a 12-month contract with the refinery. For the trial, we propose 100,000 MT of EN590 10ppm, followed by up to 200,000 MT per month or 100,000 MT bi-weekly. We are eager to establish a reliable and long-term partnership.
