RFQ Details

I have a couple investor though my Bank source at this moment are looking for SFR REOs and some commercial. My bank and I are working on a $100mm, they can't cover anymore grounds, so I'm searching. The investors or though my Bank so they have no problem proofing up, only if we can see a LOA, we don't want a tape that's been floating the net for the last 6mos, we're looking for someone that serious and can accommodate their needs. If you can handle the amount let move forward ASAP.
I have 3 investors looking, 900mm all over, 250mm Las Veg, 65mm Cal., 47.4mm Cal. We can setup a conference call with each investor individually and start moving.

Do note; If you cant provide a LOA don't waste time trying to contact me because we will not show POFs, our time is money so we don't need the broker *****
