Self-assessment
I'm calm, industrious, solid and steady. I used to be a foreign salesman, and sales was good, but in working I found that many chinese factories have big problem over quality control, even worse, some factory was wilful. Then I spent much time at my own orders quality, and try to keep it under control, things getting better, but later it appeared that it was too difficult for my position. By then , I realized that I'd reconsider my career, since I learnt that the quality assurance is vital. So since 2005 I work as a QC in a hongkong company , who is a purchase agent.
From my career I'v learnt extensive expertise in household textile and garment, and I'm familiar with native textiles and export process.
Position describe
I classified client' orders and allocate it to competent factory, have them to provide proto- sample or not.
after proto-sample got approved, we place the order with factory, and sign contract(generally it's no need, as client dit it), if necessary we send inspector to visit spot in the process, and keeps eyes on quality and ***** the mean time, we deal with the PP-samples, photo-samples, size set samples etc. .
when production done, we go to inspect the quality, quantity, sort, color, mark, and packing got goods ready for shipment and send out shipping sample by courier for our client's approval. when approval arrived, we urge factory to ship commodity and help arrange payment. There last thing neet to do is archive varied samples.
