WIND, SOLAR, HYBRID OR USE MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTES/GABBAGE/USED AUTO TIRES AS FEED STOCK

Client government will provide land and access infrastructure and contractor will deliver and manage plant for 20 years. Distribution of electricity will not be required.
